Leadership & Media Advisor, Director of Champagne Numeni
Pamela Hongsakul is a Leadership & Media Advisor who specialises in executive coaching, communications, and change leadership. She has advised many public leaders, including CEOs in the financial, hospitality, and automotive industries. Her first political coachee became Bangkok Governor, five became Ministers, and one became Prime Minister.
Previously, Pamela worked for 5 years in counseling and guidance in the public sector in the United States and 15 years in marketing and media for corporations in the United States and Thailand. Her company, Hongsakul Media, published ‘LAW Magazine’, a leadership training tool written by and for public leaders, which will relaunch as an online magazine and webcast for leaders across six continents.
Pamela has worked in hotels in F&B, Front Office, and Renovations. She was also Special Assistant to the PR Director at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok, and Head of Communications at The Peninsula Bangkok. Her media experience included coverage of the hospitality industry as Associate Editor of Where, Living in Thailand, and Expression (American Express).
Recently, Pamela completed 4.5 years as the lead InterNations Ambassador for Bangkok, after organising almost 200 events, and taking the Bangkok membership of this online social network from 1,600 to 18,000 members, at its height. She is now launching her own private label Champagne Numeni, a Premier Cru boutique champagne for public leaders, that will be distributed in the EU, USA, Russia, and Thailand.
Pamela received her BA degree in Psychology and Business from Angelo State University, and is completing her MA in International Relations at Webster University. She holds a certificate in The Art & Practice of Leadership Development from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
